Our first floor is a dedicated to the best Women's only gym in Sunderland, with their own changing rooms, showers and drying facilities. We have FREE PARKING on site & Multiple Bus-Stops on all sides of the Gym building. Membership is Only £19.99 a month and there are no long term contracts to tie you in.
